• The product being taken out of the sealed package for the first time
• The video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened, with no cuts or edits.

2. Request Timeline

The money-back request must be submitted within 1 calendar day of receiving the product.

3. Proof of Inauthenticity

• The customer must submit a written test report or certification from a recognized and accredited third-party laboratory, clearly stating the product is not genuine or original.
• This lab report must be submitted within 7 days of raising the money-back request.
• Reports from unauthorized or uncertified sources will not be accepted.

4. No Physical Damage or Usage

• The product must be in unused condition, with original tags, packaging, and inserts intact.
• Products that are damaged, tampered with, or used in any way will not qualify for a refund.
