Certification Policy

1. Certification Eligibility

  • Only products or variants explicitly marked as “Certified” will include a certificate along with the order.

  • If the variant is not marked as certified, a certificate may or may not be included, based on internal batch testing and availability.

  • We typically provide batch-level test certificates or certificates of trust, depending on the nature and source of the product.

  • Individual test certificates (specific to one unit) are not included by default.
    Customers who require one must:

    1. Email us before order dispatch to request an individual certificate

    2. Pay additional certificate testing charges, which will be shared via email

  • Certificate requests made after dispatch will not be accepted under any condition.

2. If a Certified Product Doesn’t Receive Its Certificate

In rare cases, if a Certified variant is delivered without a certificate:

  • The customer must contact us at radhshaktihelp@gmail.com within 1 day of receiving the product with:

    • Order ID

    • Product images and uncut unboxing video

  • Upon verification, we will provide a digital copy of the certificate via email or WhatsApp.

⚠️ Certificate requests after 1 day of delivery will not be accepted.
⚠️ This applies only to products explicitly marked as Certified at the time of purchase.

3. Important Notes

  • No certificates will be issued post-dispatch for products that are not marked Certified.

  • We reserve the right to decline certificate issuance if product eligibility cannot be verified.
